    Dennis R. Alexander presently serves as the Chairman, CEO and or Director of public and private companies involved in merger, acquisition and restructuring activities that include technology, oil and gas drilling development. In addition, he is consulting a financial build out in the Biofuels sector with proprietary new green technologies. He is skilled in many areas of corporate business affairs. Through the years 1994-95, served as a founder and a Director of a publicly held mortgage company. Mr. Alexander negotiated, structured and completed an acquisition with nearly 800 million in gross loan production for Americas First Financial Services with activities over 7 States. In 1991 Mr. Alexander’s actions in part was responsible for and instrumental in bringing the first true video-on-demand and its 33 patented systems to the public. Over a period of 25 years, Mr. Alexander built one of his privately held media communications companies into a full scale muti-media Production Company and became listed on small cap NASDAQ.

    Deborah L. Alexander has served as a Director of the Company since October 27, 2017 and as Secretary of EGPI Firecreek, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Energy Producers, Inc. since January 24, 2013. From 2004 to the present she has been involved in research and development related to authoring the development of a historical multi volume book series for public release. Prior to January 2007, Mrs. Alexander’s career includes eighteen years working in the film and video industry and one or more capacities as a producer, director, photographer, and editor for NBC (WPXI, KPNX) and ABC (KTVK) affiliates. Over the years she built her own production business in Phoenix, Arizona; with clientele including Arizona Corporation Commission; a 10 part gas safety series that was approved by Congress for national distribution, “Operation Lifesaver,” taking second place in the JVC Pro Awards (Walt Disney took 1st place). Later on, she merged the video and film business and added a second facility in Tucson, Arizona. By the 90s, the company was listed as one of the largest film and video companies whose clients including Oprah Winfrey, Henry Winkler, Geraldo, Blues Brothers Review, Andre Cole, “Good Morning America”, “20/20”, Subway, Weiser Lock, Ford Cars and the Malcolm Baldridge Awards.

    Mr. Taylor is President and Chief Executive Officer of Firecreek Global Inc. With over 36 years in the petroleum industry, Mr. Taylor has been directly involved in evaluation of prospect operations, drilling production, project management, and seismic exploration, as well as acquisition and development. Mr. Taylor founded several companies with his associates during his career in the oil business. Firecreek Global and its predecessor has operated directly, or through subsidiaries or branches, in the U.S., Turkey, Vietnam and Romania, and has sought opportunities in Kazakhstan, Libya, Russia, Chechnya, Bosnia- Herzegovina, Ukraine, and South America. Mr. Taylor was a principal advisor to the Serbian government in the early post-war battle damage assessment and reconstruction planning efforts of the Bosnia petroleum facilities and pipelines. Graduate of the Halliburton Energy Institute. Taylor is a carbonate specialist and has conducted carbonate model block studies on North Texas limestone and Austin Chalk with the Halliburton laboratory. Since the late 1990s, Mr. Taylor has focused on international opportunities. Internationally, His experience has been broad based in the development, evaluation, and management of numerous projects in Vietnam, South America, Bosnia/Serbia, Russia, Chechnya, Kazakhstan, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine. Currently, he is working on the acquisition and development of a large petroleum license in Guatemala and the completion of the acquisition and development of the Antelat Field in Libya.

    Dr. Mousa Hawamdah – Senior Advisor having served as a Libyan Political envoy, since July 1, 2004, and was an officer of the Company and Firecreek Petroleum, Inc. until December 29, 2004. Dr. Mousa is the President and significant shareholder GAMA Oil and Gas, Inc., a Libyan corporation that is domesticated in Canada. He was born in Libya and became a U.S. citizen in 1982. Dr. Mousa has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State University in Geology. He has a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Physics from Georgetown University.

    Ms. Joanne Sylvanus – Senior Advisor since July 15, 2021. She has been engaged by EGPI Firecreek, Inc. (“EGPI”) and its wholly owned subsidiary Energy Producers, Inc. (“EPI”) as an accounting and tax consultant.  She is the owner and sole proprietor of J.M. Sylvanus, Accounting, since May 1974, which prepares Corporate, Partnership, Trust, and Estate Tax Returns, acts as Conservator and Trustee for Estates and Trusts, and provides consulting on Financial and Tax matters.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and held a private practice for over 25 years which conducted certified audits for not-for-profit organizations, broker dealers, and mortgage bankers; provided tax planning and tax preparation services for business, trusts, and individuals, designed and installed business accounting systems, and sub-contracted those services with the Small Business Administration and Arizona Research Bureau.  She has served on the Board of The American Society of Women Accountants for eight years.
